There is one player who stands out among the rest who looks like he has the ability to become a legend. That player is Jake DeBrusk.

DeBrusk has only played in 2 NHL seasons, but boy have they been special. He has proven that he has a great knack for putting the puck in the net.

This season DeBrusk has 27 goals and 14 assists. After a rough start the winger has been able to put together another top-notch season.

With DeBrusk’s first period goal he joined some rather impressive company that proves just how talented he is. The Bruins truly have built something special.

There are definitely times where DeBrusk struggles. He can get in a funk where it seems like he may never score again but then out of nowhere he catches fire.

The Bruins will definitely need DeBrusk to perform well in the playoffs. With all the focus on Boston’s amazing 1st line, DeBrusk and the 2nd will have to provide some supplemental scoring.

DeBrusk has been successful in the playoffs. Last year he scored 6 goals and 2 assists in 12 games. For a rookie that is pretty impressive.

It seems like Jake DeBrusk has the skills to be a top line winger. If he was on another team he probably would be but he is stuck behind Brad Marchand for the time being.
