The Boston Bruins have had a pretty spectacular season and are now preparing for what fans hope to be a long playoff run. These 5 players have had some amazing seasons.

This regular season has been one filled with twist and turns, but as we anxiously wait for the Boston Bruins to kick off their run for a Stanley Cup we should appreciate what the team has done so far.

At the beginning of the season I expected the Bruins to make the playoffs, but being a 2 seed is something I didn’t exactly see coming. The Tampa Bay Lightning always seemed like the favorites and the Toronto Maple Leafs seemed stacked with the acquisition of John Tavares.

Then the injuries came. Throughout the season players like Patrice Bergeron, Torey Krug, Zdeno Chara, and David Pastrnak missed some serious time. This would usually cripple a team, but not the Bruins. This team continued to find ways to win.

The Bruins are in a great spot heading into the playoffs. Momentum is on their side and they seem to have the ability to take home the Cup.

Without some great seasons from these 5 players the Bruins wouldn’t be where they are at. For all we know they might have not even made it into the playoffs at all.

These 5 Bruins were absolutely amazing in the 2018-19 regular season. Hopefully they will continue to be great in the Stanley Cup playoffs.
