Boston Bruins: 5 takeaways from wild Game 4 win in Columbus

The Boston Bruins needed a win in Game 4 and they did that and more on Thursday night.
That game took your breath away. Game 4 was a wild game and the Boston Bruins were luckily able to tie up the series.
The Bruins came out of the gate amazingly. They were able to get things going in the offensive zone and make some great plays.

Boston was looking to add some physicality to their lineup. David Backes was back in the lineup and on the 2nd line. His impact was felt right away and he was able to make a difference. This was the Boston Bruins team that we were expecting to see.
It also helped that the Boston Bruins were able to crack Sergei Bobrovsky. This was probably his worst game of the series. The Bruins struck early on and were well on their way to a victory. Still, it was definitely a tough game to watch.
Now the series is heading back to Boston all tied up. The Bruins now are in the driver’s seat. If they are able to win in Game 5 they will be one win away from the Eastern Conference Finals.
There is plenty to talk about in regards to Game 4. There was plenty of good as well as some bad. You couldn’t script what happened on Thursday night.
