New England Patriots: N’Keal Harry ready to learn ‘Patriot Way’
By Sam Minton
N’Keal Harry was introduced to the press at Gillette Stadium and he is anxious to get started with the New England Patriots.
Working with Tom Brady isn’t an easy task, but New England Patriots 1st round pick N’Keal Harry seems to be up for the challenge.
When Harry was selected by the Patriots I was excited. Picking a wide receiver in the 1st round is like seeing Bill Belichick smile, it’s a one in a million occurrence in New England.

Harry is also a very talented wideout. Last season at Arizona State he racked up 73 receptions for 1,088 yards, and 9 touchdowns.
I think Harry will make an impact right away. With Josh Gordon’s status for next season up in the air I think we will see plenty of Harry. Finally, Tom Brady could have a young deep threat to throw the ball up to.
On Thursday Harry got his formal introduction at Gillette Stadium. Robert and Jonathan Kraft were on hand and the media got to ask him some questions.
It seems like Harry is anxious to work with Tom Brady, even though that comes with a lot of pressure.
"“That’s something I’m looking forward to,” he said, perhaps not fully understanding the wrath of Tom Brady. “I’m the type of player that wants to get better and get coached hard, so I’m looking forward to that.”"
I hope that Brady and Harry are able to build some chemistry and get on the right track to start this season. They could become a dangerous duo that could tear up opposing defense’s. It would help if Brady was present at OTA’s.
So far Harry seems like a perfect Patriot. He is anxious to get to work and start helping this team immediately. He is saying all the things you would want to hear from your 1st round draft pick.
Hopefully N’Keal Harry will be a great wide receiver that the New England Patriots need and not a bust like some of their most recent picks at the wide receiver position.
