Owner of the New England Patriots Robert Kraft wants Tom Brady and that shouldn’t be surprising.

Every day we learn something new about Tom Brady. At this point I don’t even care if he signs with the New England Patriots, I just want this drama to be over.

This has been such an exhausting offseason and it’s only March. Brady isn’t even the only important free agent. You also have Joe Thuney and others.

There are a lot of factors you have to consider when it comes to the Brady negotiations. Does Bill Belichick want him? How much money does Brady want?

But one of the more important ones is will Robert Kraft get involved?

There is no doubt that Kraft loves Tom Brady. At this point, I think he considers Brady to be one of his own sons.

Dana White has now become an NFL insider and is breaking some news. He was speaking to the folks at WEEI and said that Kraft wants Brady back.

Now at the end of the day if Kraft wants Brady he can have him. He is the one signing the checks so he could go over Bill Belichick’s head and get a deal done.

If Kraft was to do this it would cause a lot of damage. It would be hard for Bill Belichick to walk in the locker room after that.

But it shouldn’t surprise you that Kraft wants Tom Brady back. The only surprising thing would have been if he said the opposite.

If Kraft lets Brady walk it would be a giant stain on his legacy. Letting the best quarterback in NFL history walk away from your team is less than ideal.
