After the 2017-18 season, we were hoping to see Brown take the next step. To become an improved shooter and to be someone the Celtics can rely on. It was hard for Brown to do that with such a ball-dominant point guard like Kyrie Irving.
This season we have finally seen Brown take that next step. For a while, he could have even been considered the best player on the Celtics.
For the first time in his career, he is averaging over 20 points a game and also is averaging over 6 rebounds a game.
Brown might not be capable of being a No.1 like Tatum, but now that he is locked up he could be a perfect sidekick to Tatum.
Jaylen Brown fans must be excited with how well he has performed this season.
