The New England Patriots offensive line is an injury worry area.

The New England Patriots offense is getting increasingly thin in the offensive line with the loss once again of a key starter, David Andrews.

In addition, Isaiah Wynn came off for a time against Las Vegas but thankfully returned later in the game. Hopefully, that’s not a serious issue.

Take a break, look away, and you’ll likely return to see another strange number on the O-line for New England. Rookie sixth-round pick, Mike Onwenu was inserted into the offensive line as the left guard starter to replace Joe Thuney who moved to center replacing Andrews.

So, injuries on the offensive line once again are creating problems for the Patriots. Thankfully, the multi-faceted Thuney just continues to prove that he is worth every penny that the Patriots are paying him on the franchise tag.

Thuney can play guard, center, and offensive tackle. In short, he can play and excel anywhere on the offensive line. The excellence of his play and his versatility scream for the New England Patriots to sign Thuney to along-term deal.

New England Patriots, just get it done now.
