New England Patriots: Tom Brady is dead to Pats fans
By Sam Minton
The New England Patriots enjoyed many great seasons with Tom Brady, but the quarterback has turned on his fans with his latest comments.
It was disappointing to see Tom Brady leave the New England Patriots. He deserved to retire at Gillette in a Patriots uniform, but that storybook ending would never happen. Now Brady is in Tampa Bay and trashing his former fans.
When the news of Brady’s departure broke, almost everyone took his side. Fans were stunned that the organization let Brady walk and chalked it up to Bill Belichick’s arrogance.

No matter how much Brady could have asked for, fans would want him to be paid. Brady did take pay cut after pay cut while in New England.
As the Patriots started to struggle it only continued to make fans miss Brady. Maybe if he was on the roster they would have had a better season? Maybe they could make one last run at a Lombardi Trophy.
Jarrett Stidham has shown that he isn’t ready to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. On the other side of the coin, Cam Newton has shown that he is mostly a one dimensional player. He surely can’t throw the ball like he is used to.
But now Brady has decided to be a jerk to his former fans. He decided to trash the entire New England region with his latest comments.
"“You won’t catch me dead living in the Northeast anymore.”"
Please Tom, tell us how you really feel about New England.
There’s just no logical reason for Brady to say this. Even if there is he, made it sound like New England is Siberia. Brady went out of his way to trash the area where most of his fans reside. How could he be so cruel?
At this point, everyone will be rooting for Brady to fail. He will become the next Joe Montana who can’t find success after leaving his original team.
Brady has quickly turned himself from New England’s biggest star athlete to someone that is disliked among the masses. What a wild year 2020 has been.
