Boston Celtics Rumors: Kyrie Irving playing with fans hearts
By Sam Minton
With a move to New York a possibility this Summer, Boston Celtics fans should be nervous about a conversation that took place between Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant.
NBA All-Star weekend is an absolute spectacle. The greatest basketball players descend to one location to show off their skills. This is also a great time for players to talk about their futures and a conversation between Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant is something Boston Celtics fans don’t want to see.
The two were talking in a hallway and Kyrie Irving appears to mention “two max slots”. Who happens to have two max slots? The New York Knicks.

All we have been hearing about is Kyrie to NY. He would get his star status and play in one of the biggest markets in the entire world. Also Kyrie grew up in New Jersey. Playing for the Knicks would basically be a homecoming for the star point guard.
I just wish Kyrie Irving would commit. This waiting game is killing me. Irving has been going back and forth before the season started. He went from saying he is staying to Boston to saying he doesn’t owe anybody anything.
Kyrie just loves chaos. Maybe that’s why Celtics fans shouldn’t go off the deep end. This may be apart of another Kyrie troll job on the media. He has spoken at length about how the media overreacts to everything.
Also, look at Durant’s reaction. He doesn’t look too excited about what Kyrie just said.
At the end of the day, Celtics fans just want Kyrie in Boston. If he signs with the team in the offseason all will be forgiven. We will forget about the circus that was this season.
So all Boston Celtics fans can do is wait. Hopefully, Danny Ainge won’t be left at the altar by Kyrie Irving.
