Jimmy Garoppolo

This reunion is definitely less likely but still possible. Could Jimmy Garoppolo come back to New England?

We all know how much Bill Belichick loved Jimmy G. If it was up to him he wouldn’t have even traded him.

More from New England Patriots

Garoppolo helped lead the 49ers to the Super Bowl last season. Jimmy G threw for 3,978 yards, 27 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions. Unfortunately in the Super Bowl, Garoppolo was less than stellar throwing 2 interceptions.

Just like Brissett we got to see what Garoppolo could do while he was in New England. in 2016 he started 2 games and threw for 502 yards and 4 touchdowns. You can’t get much better than that.

The Patriots drafted Garoppolo to be Brady’s replacement. The problem was that Brady lasted longer than expected.

If New England was to snatch up Garoppolo from San Fran it would definitely take quite the haul. I don’t know if the Patriots would want to pay the price.
