According to Brad Marchand, the Boston Bruins will be back practicing on Wednesday. Hockey is officially back in Boston.

We are continuing to get some signs that there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Soon sports fans will be watching their favorite teams and that includes the Boston Bruins.

The NHL is now in phase 2 of its return. This means that players can finally return to the ice. Hopefully, the folks at Warrior Ice Arena made sure to turn on the lights.

Brad Marchand posted on the March & Mill Co. Instagram page and it looks like Marchy will be back on the ice on Wednesday. You love to see it.

It will be so awesome to have hockey back. Imagine how the players must feel?

The Bruins were rolling prior to play being stopped. They were far and away the best team in the NHL. All signs seemed to point to them getting revenge after losing in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals last year.

Also, it was going under the radar, but Marchand was having an amazing season. It’s hard to stand out when you have David Pastrnak on the same line with you. It also doesn’t help that Marchand is coming off the best season of his career where he put up 100 points.

The 2019-20 season was a beauty for Marchand. He had 28 goals and 59 assists in the regular season.

In these circumstances, Marchand will have to get scoring right away. We have no idea if the Bruins will be the No.1 seed but a quick way to make sure that happens is to have your top line playing well.

Marchand has also struggled in the postseason and especially in the Stanley Cup Finals. He needs to be more consistent. Especially if he wants to be considered one of the greats.

So soon enough we will be watching the Boston Bruins play again and we will get to see them begin their hunt for the Stanley Cup.
