New England Patriots: Bill Belichick a master motivator
By Sam Minton
The New England Patriots will already be trying to prove a point in 2020, but Bill Belichick will make sure they are even more motivated.
The New England Patriots are entering a new era. They will be without someone who belongs on the Mt.Rushmore of the franchise. Tom Brady is headed down to Tampa Bay to spend his retirement years.
Patriots fans are entering unchartered territory. We don’t know what to expect from the team at all this season.

There is one thing that is a certainty, Bill Belichick will have his team as prepared as possible and will make sure they are motivated.
Belichick was able to get the greatest quarterback in NFL history to believe that people doubted his skill and were saying he is done. Now he will use Brady as motivation.
Rodney Harrison recently spoke to Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald and spoke about Belichick’s motivational skills.
The Patriots have a point to prove and so does Belichick. They need to prove they can win without Brady. Brady has received a lot of credit for New England’s success throughout the years (rightfully so).
Now Patriots fans will get to see the true genius of Belichick. They will get to see what he can do with Jarrett Stidham at QB.
Also, this will be a big moment for Julian Edelman. Patriots fans believe that Edelman is a top receiver in the NFL today, but he isn’t held to such high regard across the country. Critics like to discount Edelman’s success due to the fact that Brady was his quarterback.
Edelman will likely be heavily relied on now just as he was when Brady was on the roster. He will be Stidham’s failsafe and someone he can rely on to make a play when it matters most.
There is no doubt that Belichick will ensure his team is ready and properly motivated when the 2020 NFL season starts. The question is how far will they go.
