New England Patriots Week 12: 3 players to watch against Arizona
By Sam Minton
The New England Patriots are going up against Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday and these are the three players that you should keep an eye on.
It might seem as there is no point in watching anymore New England Patriots football, but Sunday’s game against the Cardinals should have fans tuning in.
New England is virtually out of the playoffs. If they made it into the postseason in 2020, it would be a minor miracle.

Still, Sunday’s matchup will be interesting (mostly because of the opponents). Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins have had amazing seasons and have become a dangerous duo. The Patriots defense will definitely have a lot of work to do.
But it will be interesting to see just how well New England does. If they are able to compete with the Cardinals it would show fans that things aren’t so bad at Gillette Stadium.
So who should fans be paying attention to on Sunday? Keep an eye out on these three players.
New England Patriots: 3 players to watch against Arizona – No.3: Jakobi Meyers
After bursting onto the scene with some great performances, Jakobi Meyers has cooled down quite a bit. It will be interesting to see how he does in Week 12.
Patriots fans still remember Meyers going off for 169 yards against the New York Jets. He was New England’s best player and showed the potential of being a top wideout on the depth chart.
Since then Meyers only has eight catches for 97 yards. With Damiere Byrd having his best game as a Patriot in Week 11, Meyers took on a smaller role.
The hope will be for Meyers to have a bounce back effort against the Cardinals. He doesn’t need to put up 150 yards, but it would be nice to see him reach the end zone and also have more than five catches.
So it will definitely be interesting to see just how well Meyers performs on Sunday.
