The Boston Bruins were once again able to walk away with a victory on Sunday afternoon. While Boston’s usual suspects had great games, one of the new Bruins has revitalized his career in Boston.

Against the Capitals, Brad Marchand, Patrice Bergeron, and David Krejci did most of the heavy lifting. Each player scored two goals and simply looked amazing on the ice.

But Taylor Hall also deserves some credit. Ever since coming to Boston, he has been a completely different player.

Hall was once one of the best players in the NHL. In the 2017-18 season, he racked up 39 goals and 54 assists. Hall could not be stopped.

But since then Hall has struggled to be consistent. Particularly his performance with the Buffalo Sabres was concerning. In 37 games he only had two goals.

How has Taylor Hall been performing since joining the Boston Bruins

So far Hall has been a great addition to Boston’s second line. He seems to be the perfect player for Krejci.

In four games, with Boston, Hall has three points. Honestly, he should have four points but the NHL didn’t give him one assist for some reason.

More importantly, Hall has already scored two goals while in Boston. He will likely eclipse his goal total that he had in Buffalo in a much shorter amount of time.

Right now the sky seems to be the limit for Hall and the Bruins. Hall is playing great hockey and could help propel the Bruins to a Stanley Cup run. If they do well, it wouldn’t be surprising if Hall stayed in Boston for the rest of his career.

This is the first time that Hall has been on a contender. He actually has a chance to win a Stanley Cup now that he is on the Bruins. After playing for a bunch of losers, Hall seems to be relishing this opportunity.

So Bruins fans should be really excited with how Hall is playing. He can only get better as he gets used to playing with his new teammates. If Hall keeps scoring and making an impact, Boston will be a tough team to beat.
