Boston Bruins winger David Pastrnak participated in the accuracy challenge during the 2019 All-Star Skills competition and channeled his inner Ray Bourque.

David Pastrnak was the only player from the Boston Bruins to make it to the All-Star game, but he definitely showed the NHL world that he is one of the deadliest shooters in the league.

Pastrnak participated in the accuracy challenge, and he didn’t disappoint. Pasta won the challenge hitting the 5 targets in 11.309 seconds.

Now this isn’t a surprise to Boston Bruins fans. On the power play, we see Pastrnak dominate from the faceoff circle. If he gets a one-timer he is probably scoring.

This season has been amazing for Pastrnak. He has 27 goals and 29 assists. Pasta is the leading scorer for the Bruins and looks like he will be the first Boston Bruin to reach 100 points since Joe Thornton.

The Boston Bruins will need Pastrnak to keep up the scoring if they want to make a run for the Stanley Cup. Boston has relied a lot on Pastrnak and the first line to do most of the scoring.

Brad Marchand, Patrice Bergeron, and Pastrnak make up almost 40 percent of the Bruins total point output. If the other lines fail to hold their own, a lot of pressure will be put on Pastrnak and the rest of the 1st line to continue to score.

Now Pastrnak gets to play in the All-Star game Saturday night. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him snipe a few goals.

The NHL All-Star game is actually fun to watch. The 3 on 3 format was the best thing the league could have done. With all the open ice it makes for some highlight reel goals.

Next. Bruce Cassidy shouldn't be mad at Jake DeBrusk. dark

So make sure to tune in Saturday night to see how well David Pastrnak does with his Atlantic division teammates.
