Kyrie Irving continues to handle his situation with the Boston Celtics poorly and is now just ignoring the team altogether.

There might not be another player who has handled a situation worse than Kyrie Irving has handled his time with the Boston Celtics. One guy hasn’t gone from face of the franchise to the most hated player in Boston so quickly.

No one could have imagined this happening when Kyrie Irving was first traded to the Boston Celtics. We were basically hanging up banner 18 before the 2018-19 season even started.

But a season full of annoying comments has changed how Kyrie Irving was viewed by C’s fans and his latest stunt won’t do him any favors. Irving has been ignoring the team in recent weeks.

How big of a jerk can Kyrie Irving be? At this point I would rather him just tell the team that he doesn’t want to come back. It is such a childish move to ignore a team that is trying to re-sign you.

I don’t think you can blame Danny Ainge either. On the court Irving is the opposite of a problem. He is such an amazing scorer and can take over a game with the snap of his fingers.

Irving’s issues lie in the locker room. Every team that he has been on he has caused problems that usually end up with him leaving.

At this point it would take a miracle for Kyrie Irving to come back to the Boston Celtics. He has built up so much ill will that Danny Ainge would probably take a lot of flack for bringing the point guard back.

Next. Boston Celtics suddenly in limbo. dark

The only way to view Kyrie Irving’s time in Boston is as a failure. He didn’t win a championship and caused a bunch of problems. When he leaves things will probably be much better.
