Speaking to TMZ, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft said that the plan for the New England Patriots is to re-sign Tom Brady. That sounds like a good idea.
For the first time in his career, Tom Brady is a free agent. There is an actual chance he leaves the New England Patriots. If he did that it would be a massive blow to the organization that would be felt most off the field.

I truly think the fan base will be fractured. There are some young kids who grew up idolizing Brady. Some Patriots fans are really just Tom Brady fans.
So if Tom Brady left the New England Patriots I think Gillette Stadium would be looking a bit empty. Especially if the Patriots start to struggle.
Bob Kraft was out and about as he always is and TMZ asked him if New England is going to keep TB12. I think Pats fans will like his answer.
"“We plan to,” Kraft answered before hopping into a waiting SUV."
This would be the right decision for the New England Patriots. Tom Brady deserves to spend his entire career with the Patriots.
Brady started the dynasty and is one of the main reasons New England has dominated these past 20 years. If the ship is gonna go down, I want Tom Brady as my captain.
Bob Kraft will do a lot to keep Brady in New England. We all know how much Kraft loves the QB. He is treated like a son.
If it comes down to a decision between Bill Belichick and Kraft the usual winner would be Belichick, but this is different. When It comes to Brady, the final decision comes down to what Robert Kraft wants to do.
